(sbuddy) respects your privacy and recognizes the need to protect the personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, and telephone number) you share with us. We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy on our web sites.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which sbuddy collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the sbuddy Application ("App"). This privacy policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by sbuddy, and applies to all correspondence and communications between sbuddy and its users and shall be binding on the parties, unless so specified herein.

sbuddy being the coordinator as well as App manager shall have the right to ask for and collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the App, register on the App and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources made available on the App. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, age, gender, email address, phone number, location and other information required for offering the services of the application. In the event any User refuses to or otherwise provides incomplete or incorrect information to Sbuddy, the App administrator shall be entitled to de-activate the account of the said User or refuse registration to the intended user, as applicable, as well as initiate any other relevant action against the said User or intended user, in terms of applicable law. 

Sbuddy shall collect personal identification information from Users only on a voluntary basis and anyone who is not comfortable
revealing the same may withdraw from the registration process. However, in the event sbuddy requires any mandatory disclosure of information from any User or intended user, sbuddy shall have the discretion to ask the User or intended user to submit the same. Any User or intended user may always refuse to supply personally identification information, except to the extent as is mandatory requirement by the App and as may be necessary under applicable law.

Sbuddy may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with the App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to the sbuddy App, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information. Such information is intended to facilitate the interaction between the User and sbuddy and maybe necessary to make available services on the App.

The user shall indemnify and hold sbuddy harmless and not accountable for claims for breach of third-party rights for which the user is responsible or any damage that is caused by a breach of any contractual obligations by the user. In particular, the user shall indemnify and hold sbuddy guiltless and not accountable for claims by third parties resulting from any illegal acts by the user, in particular with respect to contents provided by the user infringing third-party rights or otherwise illegal content. In so far as such infringement of rights result in court proceedings, the user shall also bear the costs incurred by sbuddy as a result, in particular court and attorney costs.

Users can view each other profiles, use the chat option of sbuddy app for interacting with other users/sbuddyz. It is free and unlimited chat. They can share any information in between them. They can share different coaches and Venues profile amongst other user of sbuddy App or send out of App message to share any profile.

User can send messages via in app Message option to coaches and venues for getting more information but user cannot share his/her mobile no and email id in the messages.

The coach and venues also can reply back to the user via in app messages using credits/token system generated by sbuddy and connect with each other without any further liability to the App for connecting them.

User can only view : Name, age, coaching location (town/city), fee structure, brief description about the academy/coach such as years of experience and certifications etc.

Sbuddy App may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the App may not function properly. User discretion in
this matter is advisable.

Sbuddy collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:

• To improve customer service
• To help sbuddy effectively respond to customer service requests and support needs.
• To personalize user experience
• sbuddy may use information in the aggregate to understand how Users as a group use the services and resources provided on the App.
• To improve the App; sbuddy is committed to continuously work towards elevating the User experience and strives to improve the App offerings based on the information and feedback received from its Users.
• To administer content, promotion, survey or other App feature
• To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics that sbuddy believes will be of interest to them.
• To send periodic emails to the registered email address Users provide for order processing. It is clarified that the registered e-mail will only be used to send Users information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

Sbuddy adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on its App. All correspondence and communications between the User or intended user and sbuddy are confidential
unless they are required to be revealed under terms of applicable law.

Users may find advertising or other content on the App that links to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. ‘sbuddy’ does not control the content or links that appear on these sites and is not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from its App. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to the sbuddy App, is subject to that website's own terms and policies. User discretion is advisable in this regard.

Sbuddy has the discretion to update and/or amend this privacy policy at any time. Sbuddy encourages Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how Sbuddy is helping to protect the personal information it collects. The User hereby acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

By using this App, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not proceed any further or use this App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
